Policies and Refunds

1. Service Policies
  • Timely Deliveries: ActiveQuest Courier is committed to delivering packages and documents within the specified timeframe. Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or traffic conditions, may cause delays. We will promptly communicate any such issues and work to resolve them.
  • Secure Handling: All items entrusted to ActiveQuest Courier will be handled with care and delivered in the condition they were received. Customers are encouraged to provide proper packaging for fragile or valuable items.
  • Restricted Items: ActiveQuest Courier does not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items prohibited by law.
2. Cancellation Policy
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Orders canceled at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will not incur a fee.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 3 hours before pick-up may be subject to a service fee.
3. Refund Policy
  • Service Refunds: Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
    • The delivery was not completed due to an error by ActiveQuest Courier.
    • Items were damaged due to negligence by ActiveQuest Courier.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Delays caused by factors outside ActiveQuest Courier’s control, such as weather or road closures.
    • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, including addresses or contact details.
4. Claims Process
  • All refund requests or claims must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
  • To initiate a claim, please provide:
    • The order number.
    • Details of the issue.
    • Any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damage).

5. Liability Disclaimer ActiveQuest Courier’s liability is limited to the value of the delivery service provided. ActiveQuest Courier is not responsible for damages exceeding this value unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
